Heroic Premium

If you purchased a Heroic app subscription and decide Heroic isn’t for you, we understand! Please see the options below depending on where you created your subscription.

  • For App Store purchases

    • Apple App Store:

      • If you created your subscription in the Apple App Store, you will need to contact Apple Support directly to request a refund. Apple handles all billing for in-app purchases made on iOS devices. Members who subscribed through the App Store will need to reach out to Apple directly with any refund requests. They are typically able to honor all refund requests within 30 days of the purchase date. However, this is at their discretion. You are welcome to contact their Customer Support directly at https://getsupport.apple.com/

    • Google Play Store:

  • For website purchases made directly from Heroic.us

    • If you purchased a subscription directly from Heroic.us and it’s within 14 days of your subscription or program start date, please write to us at help@heroic.us and our Support Team will be happy to cancel your subscription and refund the purchase. This 14-day money back offer only applies to payments for first-time purchases, not renewals.

    • Please note, any gifted subscriptions are not eligible for a refund to anyone other than the purchaser. Also, any limited time offers or discounts applied at the time of purchase are forfeit and cannot be redeemed again if you choose to re-subscribe.

Heroic Elite

If you join Heroic Elite and find within the first 30 days of the program starting or 30 days after you've made your purchase (whichever one is most recent) that it’s not the right fit for you, we’ll refund 100% of your financial investment.

Heroic Coach

If you join Heroic Coach and find within the first 30 days of the program starting or 30 days after you've made your purchase (whichever one is most recent) that you are not being positively impacted by the program and wish to withdraw from the program and receive a refund, just let us know.

AND - if you're interested in the program, we ask that you be ALL IN! Give it your absolute best.

Make your investment worth it by doing the work to optimize your own life and be the best, most Heroic version of yourself you can be.

We just don't want to use that fact as a way to hedge our intention of doing the work.

If you only just "show up," half the time, and never really give it full effort... then it's probably better to just hold off until you can make a true commitment.

AND - if you’re ready to make that commitment to actually BEING your Heroic best (en route to helping others do the same), then "Let's do this!"


How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply email us at help@heroic.us within your applicable refund period, and our team will assist you promptly. If our Refund FAQs didn't answer your question, please let us know at the email above.
