If you're actively enrolled in the Heroic Coach Program, you have the ability to join live coaching calls with the Heroic Coach Team (Brian Johnson, Alexandra Johnson, Michael Balchan), and our Luminary Guest Faculty.

To join a call, first, be sure to download Zoom on your computer or your mobile device. Then, create an account.

The details for upcoming live calls will be shared at the bottom of your Coach Dashboard, under Coaching tools:

We'll also always display the next upcoming Live & Luminary Coaching call in the first spot on your Coach Dashboard, so that you can always plan accordingly:

If you click into a session that has not yet happened, you'll be presented with a screen that looks like this:

Please note that when clicking into a session before it has happened, our platform will tell you when the session is happening in your local time. (Please do verify that it is properly recognizing your time zone, though!)

And, if you click into a session that is live, there will be a link displayed that will bring you into the Zoom call.
