We're so glad you've decided to join Heroic!
Step 1: Check compatibility with your device!
Check that your device is compatible by going to the app in the App Store (iTunes or Google Play) to read the description which will reflect if your device is compatible with the app.
Please note: If you're using an iPhone 8 or older, iPhone SE, or iPod Touch, some screens in the app may not be optimized for your device.
If you're on an Android device, please note: The Android ecosystem has a wide variety of devices, screens, and resolutions. Screen size varies based on the resolution of those screens. Given how new and visually intensive our application is the best experience would be with a newer Android device.
Step 2: Create an account and link your subscription!
Already purchased a Heroic subscription via heroic.us/join or when you joined Coach? Here's what to do next!
Download the Heroic app
Look for another email in your inbox from info@heroic.us with the subject “Welcome to Heroic” and follow the magic-links to activate your subscription. Important!: Make sure to do these steps from your iOS device and not your computer!
If you don't see that email, from within the app tap Let’s Go! You’ll have to sign up and create your password to activate your subscription. Just be sure to use the same email address that you used to purchase your founding membership. If you're not getting any activation email, make sure to check your spam/junk folder. If still no luck, please add info@heroic.us to your safe list, and request the verification email again.
Step 3: Didn't receive the email verification link
Spam/junk folder: Please check your spam/junk folder, sometimes it can be filtered there by accident.
Approved sender: If it's not there, please add info@heroic.us as an approved email address to ensure you receive the verification email, and request a new one via the app.
VPN: If you're using a VPN, it may block the email. If you can temporarily turn that off and request a new verification email via the app, it may help!
Expired link: The link may expire if it's been more than an hour from when it was requested to when it was clicked. If so, request a new one via the app.

Step 4: Email verification isn't working
Reinstall: Please try deleting the app, reinstalling, and then try that link again. Make sure you're clicking the link from your device where the Heroic app installed.
Restart your device: If that does not work, can you then try turning your phone off and then back on again, and then trying that link?

Step 5: I'm stuck at the subscription screen and I've already paid
If you've paid for a Heroic subscription already, then you definitely don't need to pay again! Follow these steps to make sure your subscription is linked to your account.
Check email address: Linking your subscription with your account relies on the email address matching between your account and the purchase of your subscription. Please double-check your invoice/receipt from your subscription to ensure your email address matches on your account. If you need to sign out to create a new account with the correct email address, here are some helpful steps!
Tap the little X in the top left to close this call to subscribe down
Tap the little bust icon towards the top left (just below Compass)
Scroll to the bottom of Account & Settings
Tap Sign Out
Go to step #3 of Step 2: Create an account and link your subscription! and please make sure to use the email address associated with your Heroic account.
Try again: If you've confirmed that the email address on the account is the same one you used to purchase your Heroic subscription, please try logging out of the Heroic App and then logging back in. This will attempt to refresh linking the subscription with your account.
