How Do I Cancel A Trial Subscription?

Whether you're saying "Farewell" or just "See you later" as you head out on your hero's journey, here's what to do to deactivate upcoming auto-renewals for trials or subscriptions.

Subscribed through the Website?

You can opt-out any time by submitting your cancelation request to support@heroic.us.

If you have troubles, we're here to help.

Note: If you request a cancelation and are charged before we're able to cancel your subscription, a refund will be issued.

Subscribed through iOS via iTunes (Apple)?

  • Go to 'Settings' on your phone (not Heroic app)

  • Select your Apple ID

  • Select ‘Subscriptions’

  • Select the subscription you want to cancel

Note: Your trial will immediately be removed upon cancelation
