To transfer to a new cohort, simply reach out to us at coach@heroic.us, and we’ll handle the transfer for you.
You will receive an email acknowledging the transfer, as well as a confirmation email in the days to come.
Keep in mind that transferring to a new cohort will not be reflected in the Heroic app. It will still show your original cohort, and all modules will remain unlocked unless you choose to start from scratch and request to be set up as a first-time member.
As a Lifetime Coach, you can request as many transfers as you like. :)
