Boat Crews are typically paired up between weeks 6 and 8 of the program, so we recommend submitting your request to join around that time for the best chances of finding a crew that aligns with your schedule and goals. ⛵✨
If you’ve been paired with a Boat Crew and feel it’s not the right fit, don’t worry—we’re here to help! If there are new submissions from your current cohort, we’ll be happy to add you to a different crew. However, if no new submissions are available, we may need to place you in an existing crew. In that case, we’ll ask the current members if they’d be open to welcoming a new member to ensure a smooth transition for everyone.
