An Inquiry Card is how Heron displays and tracks each missed or handled patient inquiry. It acts as a summary of the key details captured from a phone call or message so your team can follow up efficiently.
π What Does an Inquiry Card Show?
Each card includes:
Patient Name
Captured from the call if the patient says their name clearly.
Date of Birth
Shown if Heron is connected to your PMS and the patient is matched.
Phone Number or Email
The contact details Heron detected from the incoming inquiry.
Urgency Level
Heron assesses and flags whether the inquiry is low, medium, or high urgency β helping you prioritise appropriately.
Inquiry Type
Automatically classified into categories like:
Appointment request
Prescription refill
General inquiry
Other (if unable to determine)
