You can find your Heron number in one of two ways:
1. Check Your Onboarding Email
When your clinic was onboarded to Heron, your assigned phone number(s) were sent to you by email. Look for a message with the subject line:
“Your Heron Phone Number(s) + Next Steps”
This will include the number(s) you can begin using or redirecting calls to.
2. Contact Support
If you can’t find the original onboarding email or aren’t sure which number is active for your clinic, you can contact us directly:
Just let us know your clinic name and we’ll confirm your assigned number.
