🛠️ How to Sign Up

  1. Schedule a demo → Visit heyheron.ai and click Schedule Demo.

  2. Connect with our team → We’ll meet with you to understand your clinic’s workflows, phone setup, and patient needs.

  3. Set up your trial → Together, we’ll configure your Heron number, call routing, and booking rules.

  4. Go live in trial mode → Your team will test common scenarios (bookings, cancellations, after-hours calls) before switching over to patients.

📞 Your Heron Number

As part of setup, you’ll receive a Heron phone number.

  • This is where overflow or after-hours calls are routed during your trial.

  • Patients still dial your clinic’s main number as usual — Heron just makes sure no call goes unanswered.
