Getting paid is straightforward at Hex Funded. Meet the conditions, submit your request, and we will process it promptly. Here is everything you need to know.
Payout Schedule
Standard payout requests are available every 14 days from the date of your first trade
Each subsequent payout window opens 14 days after your previous eligible payout
If you purchased the 7-Day First Payout Add-On, your first withdrawal becomes available 7 days after your first trade
Eligibility Conditions
Before submitting a payout request, all of the following must be true:
Your account has no rule violations
Your account is in profit above the initial starting balance
You are fully compliant with the Terms of Service and all Help Centre rules
All positions and pending orders are closed
All model-specific pay-out conditions are fully met, including minimum trading days and consistency requirements where applicable
Every condition must be satisfied. Partial compliance is not sufficient to submit a request.
How to Request a Withdrawal
Log in to your Trader Dashboard
Navigate to the Withdrawals tab
Follow the on-screen steps to complete your request
Payout Methods
Crypto Payouts (Under $2,000)
Withdrawals below $2,000 are processed via cryptocurrency.
You can connect your wallet address in the Withdrawals tab or through your Dashboard Settings. Both ERC20 and TRC20 wallet addresses are accepted.
Please note the following:
You are solely responsible for ensuring your wallet address is correct
Once a payout has been approved and sent, it cannot be reversed
Hex Funded is not liable for losses resulting from an incorrect or invalid wallet address
Pay-outs sent to an incorrect address will not be re-issued
Rise Works Payouts (Over $2,000)
Withdrawals exceeding $2,000 are processed through Rise Works. Once your request is approved, you will receive an email invitation to create and verify your Rise account. Use the same email address registered on your Hex Funded account.

Minimum Withdrawal Amounts
All models: 1% of the initial account balance or $100, whichever is higher
Instant Pro model: 4% of the initial account balance
Hex Lightning Challenge: 3% of the initial account balance
Processing Time
Hex Funded aims to review and approve all withdrawal requests within 48 business hours.
Please note that actual delivery times may vary slightly depending on blockchain conditions or third-party processing times. These factors are outside of our control, but we will always process our side as quickly as possible.
