To make a withdrawal from your HEYBIT wallet,
you will need the deposit address of the exchange or personal wallet that manages Digital Assets deposits and withdrawals.

Here's an example of how to withdraw USDT.

Please check your exchange's USDT deposit address first. For this guide, we'll be referring to Binance and OKX.

After confirming and copying the wallet address,

Please log in to HEYBIT and click on the following orders “Wallet” > “Withdraw”. to check the assets in your wallet and click on it.

In Withdraw screen,

first, Select the Network, and Enter “ALL” or the quantity you want to withdraw.
And paste the wallet address copied from the exchange.

Please confirm the details, and click “Withdrawal Request”.

There are 3 steps to verify your identity for withdrawal.

Please complete the email and OTP verification and click “Confirm”.

In the last step, Please check the screen below and click “Confirm”.

The withdrawal request has been completed.

Please ensure the withdrawal address and network are correct before submitting your request.
Withdrawals to incorrect addresses or networks cannot be reversed and may result in the loss of assets.

Withdrawals are processed during business hours (10-18 on business day SGT).
