We have noticed an increasing number of cases of misdeposits when depositing digital assets into Heybit from exchanges or personal wallets.
After logging into the website, you can find the wallet addresses for each digital asset, such as USDT, Bitcoin, Ethereum, and others.
When transferring investments from exchanges or personal wallets to Heybit, please ensure that you select the appropriate digital asset for the corresponding address, carefully verify the network and quantity before making the deposit.
Transferring digital assets through networks not supported by our service or sending digital assets that we do not manage can result in various types of misdeposits, and recovery of the deposited digital assets may not be possible in such cases.
Heybit will not take responsibility in such instances.
If there is a misdeposit at Heybit, we will try to help with the recovery and refund process.
However, please be aware that some misdeposits may be technically irrecoverable or may take a considerable amount of time to process, potentially causing inconvenience to our customers.

If a misdeposit occurs, please prepare and submit the necessary information and documents to verify@heybit.com:
Heybit registered email account
Mobile phone number verified during Heybit registration
A copy of your identification card with the last digits of your resident registration number concealed
Name of the digital asset sent
The total quantity of digital assets sent
TXID
Exchange name or personal wallet name/wallet address where you want to receive the recovered assets
Please note that Heybit does not support asset transfers to the following networks:
USDT / USDC: TRC20 BTC: BTC ETH: ERC20 BNB / BUSD: BEP20
[Important Information Regarding Misdeposit Handling]
The ability to process misdeposits varies for different digital assets and may be technically impossible in some cases.
Research and verification for misdeposit handling may be required, and it may take up to 10 days, including notification of impossibility.
When processing misdeposits and recoveries, transaction fees are incurred, and the final transferred amount is the amount minus the transaction fees. (Digital assets with small quantities that do not cover the transaction fees cannot be refunded.)
If the submitted information for misdeposit recovery is insufficient or inaccurate, it may result in delayed processing or ultimate rejection.
Heybit holds no responsibility if you provide an incorrect wallet address for recovery, and we cannot provide further assistance.
