due to the Travel Rule policy adhered to by Digital Asset service providers in Korea, direct deposits and withdrawals of digital assets worth more than 1 million Korean won are not possible from Korean exchanges to Heybit Global.
To deposit digital assets using Korean exchanges, please check the Travel Rule policies of the respective exchanges you are using before proceeding.
First, Create a Wallet.
Once you've logged in and completed your Verification Account, you can create a wallet.
After logging in, please click “Wallet”!
If your wallet hasn't been created yet, you'll see “Create”. Please click it!
Please read the Wallet Terms of Use for using the wallet, and click the check box and "Agree".
Wallet creation is complete.
We will guide you on deposit methods based on two of the most commonly used exchanges, Binance and Upbit.
Please note that these exchanges are among the top-ranked exchanges based on trading volume.
Upbit requires account information to match deposits and withdrawals to this wallet due to Travel Rule compliance.
Dividing the explanation into a total of 5 steps:
Step 1. Confirm if the registered account, name, and date of birth match between Upbit and Binance.
Step 2. Deposit KRW into Upbit, purchase assets for transfer and then transfer them to Binance.
Step 3. Trade the confirmed transferable digital assets to obtain the desired digital assets.
Step 4. Transfer the acquired digital assets to the deposit wallet address of Heybit Global.
Step 5. Verify the deposit transaction history.
Step 1. Confirm if the registered account, name, and date of birth match between Upbit and Binance.
Please make sure your name and date of birth match on both your Upbit and Binance accounts
Step 2. Purchase assets for transfer in Upbit, and then transfer them to Binance.
Typically, for faster and lower-cost transfers, we use EOS, XRP (Ripple), or TRX as general transfer assets.
In this guide, we will use XRP (Ripple).
The choice of which token to use for transfers depends on your judgment, and profits or losses may occur depending on the buying and selling timing.
After logging into Binance, please click on "Wallet" and then "Fiat and Spot to Confirm the deposit wallet address and memo (destination tag) ”
Then, go back to Upbit and click Ripple (XRP) again.
Select the withdrawal amount you desire and click "Confirm.”
Enter the deposit wallet address and memo (destination tag) that you copied from Binance.
After reading the withdrawal instructions and notes, submit the withdrawal request.
Step 3. Trade the confirmed transferable digital assets to obtain the desired digital assets.
Confirm the transferred Ripple and click on "Trade" under "Action.”
Then, click on XRP/USDT to purchase Tether with Ripple.
Enter the desired price and quantity and press the "Sell" button to complete the purchase.
Since profits or losses can occur based on timing and value regarding KRW, please make an informed decision.
Step 4. Transfer the acquired digital assets to the deposit wallet address of Heybit Global.
Access the Heybit Global website and click the “Deposit” button in your “Wallet” for the digital asset of your choice.
After confirming the network and Heybit Wallet's deposit address, please copy it.
In Binance Wallet < Fiat and Spot, click "Withdraw" for USDT.
Confirm the withdrawal amount and fees, and click "Withdraw" to proceed.
Step 5. Verify the deposit transaction history.
You can access the Heybit website and check the assets deposited into your wallet.
You can review transaction history and other records through your wallet.
Deposited digital assets can be freely deposited and withdrawn.
You are now ready to start using Heybit's products.
