​[Ambassador Activity Policy]

​1. Qualifications
- The status as an Ambassador is valid for 60-day and is subject to the renewal.
- To maintain qualifications, it is necessary to achieve more than 5 Beta users in 30-day span, and if this standard is not met, qualifications may be revoked.

​2. Benefits
1) 10% of the total profits generated by the users who operate the Beta Strategy through your invitation upon their first contract termination or expiry
- The above profit will be shared even after the 60-day activity period.
2) Support of 1,000 USDT for HEYBIT Beta trial seed.
- In case of profit, all profit excluding the principal(1,000 USDT) and performance fee(10%) will be given to the Ambassador at the end of your period as an Ambassador.
- In case of loss, the company will bear all the losses and recover the remaining balance at the end of your period as an Ambassador.
- If you deposit your seed on top of the 1,000 USDT trial seed, the company will be responsible only proportionally in terms of the total deposit, and NOT responsible for any loss incurred from your additional deposit.
- EX :
a. Total Losses : (HEYBIT Beta trial seed $1,000 + your additional deposit $9,000) X -20% = -$2,000
b. HEYBIT trial seed loss coverage : $1,000 X -20% = -$200
c. Ambassador loss coverage: $9,000 X -20% = -$1,800
3) Max 1,000 USDT incentives:
- Pay $2 per beta user
- Pay up to a maximum of $1,000 USDT
- Rewards are paid on the following Monday based on the total number of users from the previous week

​3. Limitations of Benefits
​- If an ambassador does not engage in any ambassador activities for two weeks, all ambassador benefits will be cancelled.
- No financial support will be provided beyond the above benefits, such as content creation costs.
- If ambassador activities are found to have been conducted through inappropriate methods, the qualifications are revoked and the company may deny compensation and restrict the service usage. This includes:
1) Uploading false, exaggerated, malicious information about the company or its business
2) Activities of abuse such as using bots
3) Other inappropriate actions as determined by the company.
- In cases where qualifications are revoked before the 60-day program expiry, all the benefits to be given in the future will be revoked.

​4. Other Notes
- Ambassador activities and policies may be terminated according to company circumstances, and prior notice will be provided before termination.
