How do I change my personal details?

If you need to update any of your personal details, our Customer Support team is ready to help. 🧾 Just reach out and let them know what you’d like to change.


✍️ You can request updates to the following:

  • Your full name

  • Your email address

  • Your residential address

  • Your phone number


🚫 Please note that the following cannot be changed:

  • The currency linked to your account

  • Your registered country of residence
