Why is my withdrawal on hold?

Withdrawing for the first time?

When making your first withdrawal, we need to verify your identity and address.


You should have seen a pop-up in the cashier section, prompting you to upload your documents.


These documents must be reviewed and approved before we can process your withdrawal.

If you haven't completed the account verification—either by not uploading the required documents or submitting ones that couldn't be approved—your withdrawal will remain pending for 3 days.
After that period, the funds will be returned to your account.

Not your first withdrawal?

If you've withdrawn before, your request may still be on hold for one of the following reasons:

  • We requested proof of payment methods, but haven’t yet received your response.

  • You've won a large sum, and per our Terms and Conditions, we are processing your withdrawal in instalments, along with performing additional checks.

  • There are ongoing checks on your transactions that need to be completed before we can proceed with the payment.
