Can I add the address?


​Yes - please open the HeyDrop app, click 'Edit Card' and scroll down to the Links section. Then click the 'Add link' button and select the 'Navigate' type. After providing the address, it will be visible as a link on your card. It will also be saved as part of your contact details when someone adds it to their phone.

Can I add multiple phone numbers/emails?


​Yes - please open the HeyDrop app, click 'Edit Card' and scroll down to the Links section. Then click the 'Add link' button and select the 'Call' or 'Email' type. After providing the details, it will be visible as a link on your card. It will also be saved as part of your contact details when someone adds it to their phone.

I can't login to my Pro account


Please log out of your current account (in settings) and log in again using the same method you used when you first started using HeyDrop. Your business card, along with all the information and the Premium Plan, will be there!

Can I use NFC in Apple Wallet card?


The NFC access is restricted by apple, however you can use AirDrop to share card in a contactless way. Please see below:

Do you offer a free trial?


As a B2B Business tool, we believe our product provides value to your business from day one. We don't offer a free trial, however you can start with a monthly subscription to see if the app is a good option for you before committing to an annual or lifetime plans. To strat a monthly plan, please click the 'Upgrade' button and click 'View All Plans' button to see all options.

How can I add my card to Apple Wallet?


To add your card to Apple Wallet, please open the 'Share It' tab and click the 'Add to Apple Wallet' button. You will then be able to choose your card design and add it to your wallet.

How can I add my Social Media?


To add social media, please click the 'Edit Profile' button, then scroll down to the links section and click the 'Social Media Icons' button. There, you can add all your socials.

My phone/email is incorrect


Could you please check if your email and phone number are updated in 2 places:

  • Edit Profile -> My Details

  • Edit Profile -> Links -> Call me & Email me

We'll be improving this system, but sometimes Call me and Email me links are different to what you have in My Details section, and that causes some issues. Sorry for the inconvenience, we're working on this!


Can I buy HeyDrop PRO outside of the AppStore?


We sell HeyDrop PRO exclusively through Apple. You can temporarily add your company card to the App Store, upgrade to PRO, and then remove your card if you don't want Apple to store it.
