First, make sure the purchase you’ve made is eligible to earn Max Miles:

  • Make sure to read the terms and conditions to see what products are eligible for earning Max Miles

  • If you have ad blockers installed, disable them on your browser

  • Use promo codes featured on heymax only. Purchases using promo codes from external sources may be rejected by our partner.

  • Avoid manually editing the URL or clicking on third party links when making the purchase.

  • Complete the purchase within the same session

If you’ve just completed your purchase, please give it up to 3 days for your transaction to be tracked. If it’s still not showing after 72 hours, please contact us through our live chat on the app "Profile" > "Contact support".
