New users who join without using a referral code will not receive the 200 Max Miles referral bonus given only by existing users!
All referees should receive a 200 Welcome Bonus for signing up. Referrers will also see the referee's hashed email on the "Your Referrals" page.
An existing identified tracking issue pertains to users who clicked the "sign up with Google" button through a friend's referral link. If you believe you fall within this group of users, please reach out via support.

Referees that signed up during the following dates will not earn referral rewards for their referrers.

Referrers who have referees that signed up outside of these dates will receive the respective referral rates upon completion of the referral requirements as communicated at the time of referee sign-up. (This is shown next to your referee name on the "Your Referrals" page).

Which of my referrals are eligible to earn 9.9 birthday bash tiered rewards?
Only approved referrals made during the campaign period (18 SEP 2024, 0000 - 02 OCT 2024, 2359) will count towards the 9.9 heymax birthday bash Tiered Rewards.
The tiered rewards awarded are based on the number of referrals that successfully completed their onboarding. The miles will be calculated and credited to your account at the end of the campaign. Previous referrals do not contribute to the current bonus.
Referees who have signed up during the campaign that have completed their referral steps after the campaign period will only earn referrers the base 200 Max Miles referral bonus.
