Overview
Heyou is built for individual sellers, but the value compounds when a sales leader can see what the whole team is working on. Team Activity is that view. It shows every Move across the team, live, in one place — filtered by the same boundary that isolates one customer's data from another's. Access is opened by a purpose-built role, Team Manager, that grants team-wide visibility without granting platform-wide admin. Every user also has a workspace where they can see their own account state and, if they are an admin, manage teammates.
Scope
This article covers:
What a Team Manager can see, and what they cannot
A Team Manager sees the same Moves their teammates see — nothing more.
Team Manager access is deliberately narrow. A Team Manager can list Moves for any user in the same Heyou organization: the pending items, the reasoning behind each one, the company context, and the connection path. They see the queue as the recipient sees it, and their view respects the same rules — skipped and snoozed items drop off the aggregate.
Team Managers cannot see:
Anything outside their own organization. Cross-organization visibility is impossible by design; the same-tenant boundary is enforced at the query layer with a fail-closed authorization primitive.
Admin-only internal notes on Moves. Those remain scoped to platform administrators.
Data belonging to surfaces a Team Manager has not been explicitly granted, such as company-level records tied to accounts a representative is pursuing — those remain owner-scoped.
Setting up Team Manager access
The Team Manager role is provisioned through your organization's identity provider — the same one you use to sign in to Heyou. Assigning the role to a teammate takes effect on their next Heyou session; revoking it takes effect immediately. There is no separate admin surface to maintain: role changes flow from the identity provider that already owns your organization's access model.
The Team Activity view
The whole team's Moves, live, on one page.
Team Activity appears as a top-level navigation item for anyone with the Team Manager role. It shows every moves across the team — one row per move — with the same reasoning and company context the recipient sees. The view refreshes as work happens, so a sales leader knows what is genuinely in flight at any point in the week without waiting for a report or asking each representative.
Your workspace: profile and team management
Alongside Team Activity, every Heyou user has a small workspace surface. My Profile shows your assigned roles, LinkedIn identity, extension onboarding date, and WhatsApp integration status in one card. If you are a tenant admin, Team Management lets you toggle teammates between Member and Admin without leaving Heyou. Platform-level roles are preserved on save so operational assignments are not disturbed.
Recent enhancements
The most recent additions to this module. New entries are added by Heyou's release process.
August 2026 — Team Activity page shipped as a top-level navigation item for anyone with the Team Manager role. The Team Manager role itself was added, distinct from platform admin. My Profile and Team Management workspace surfaces landed in the same release, and access enforcement was hardened with a fail-closed same-tenant authorization primitive.
