To change your email or mobile number for your Hey Pharmacist account, it depends on how you originally registered for the service and what device you use.

Registered using NHS login (iOS, Android, Website)

Please contact the Patient Experience team through the 'help' button in the app or by clicking 'help and support' on the website, and they'll be able to help you change your email/mobile number

Registered using online codes from your GP

  • iOS - Click on the gear icon within the app and then 'contact details'. You'll be able to change your email address and mobile number there

  • Android - Click on the gear icon within the app and then 'contact details'. You'll be able to change your email address and mobile number there
