
NHS login allows you to access a range of digital health services with one username and password.
Your NHS login account will make it easier and quicker for you to securely access your Hey Pharmacist account.
When you set up your NHS login, you'll need to prove who you are. This is to connect securely to your NHS record. Once you’ve proved who you are, you'll be given an NHS login which will allow you access to apps and websites wherever you see ‘NHS login’.
Due to the security built into NHS login, it can take 5-10 minutes to go through the process and up to two hours to be verified.
What you'll need
You can set up your NHS login username and password using your email address and mobile phone number.
How you prove who you are
You can prove who you are by using one of the following:
- UK or European driving licence
- Passport
- European national identity card
You'll need to send a photo of your I.D. and record a short video of your face while you say 4 numbers.
You don't need you NHS number to register for NHS login, however it may make the process quicker if you do.
