On the account screen, you can view the connected accounts, their IP address, status, number of LinkedIn connections, and number of followers.
Connecting LinkedIn account
The process of connecting a LinkedIn account to HeyReach is straightforward.
Here's how you can do it:
Select the country where your LinkedIn account is primarily active: Choose the country that is most relevant to your LinkedIn activities and where your account is primarily used.
Provide the email address associated with your LinkedIn profile: Enter the email address that is linked to your LinkedIn account. This is the email you use to log in to LinkedIn.
Enter the password for your LinkedIn account: Input the password associated with your specific LinkedIn profile. This password is used to authenticate and access your LinkedIn account. Your password is fully encrypted and HeyReach doesn't have access to your password
It is important to always select a country where your account is mostly active. This practice prevents LinkedIn from detecting the use of automation software running in the background.
During the process of connecting your LinkedIn account, you may be prompted to provide a PIN. The PIN can be found in the email address associated with your LinkedIn profile. Simply input the PIN in HeyReach, and you're all set to proceed.
Account Status Types
In Campaign - your account has In Campaign status when your LinkedIn account is selected in an ongoing campaign
Available - your account has Available status when is successfully connected in your HeyReach organization but it is not active in any ongoing campaign
Verify pin- your account has Verify Pin status when you need to authenticate your connection with HeyReach in order to proceed you need to provide us the PIN you've received on your email address
Problem - your account has a Problem status when is not successfully connected in your HeyReach organization in this case please log in to your LinkedIn account on your browser and if the issue still persists contact our support team at support@heyreach.io
Inactive - your account has Inactive status when is successfully connected in your HeyReach organization but your HeyReach subscription has ended. Once you extend your HeyReach subscription you need to navigate to the actions menu and click on re-activate
Sales Navigator Re-log
If you purchase a LinkedIn Sales Navigator subscription after login your LinkedIn account to HeyReach, you'll need to navigate to the actions menu on the account and click on the Re-log sales navigator button
Linkedin account overview
By clicking on each account, you can view the performance of that specific account within your HeyReach organization.
In the LinkedIn account overview, you will find the Social Index Score (SSI) of each account, allowing you to select campaigns in which the account was active or specify a particular date range.
