How-to set send lead from HeyReach to HubSpot

Setting up HubSpot integration with HeyReach is a straightforward process.

Here's a step-by-step guide:

  1. Start by adding a new integration in HeyReach. Choose "HubSpot" as the integration type and give it a name.

    You are able to add multiple HubSpot integrations if needed.

  2. To connect your HeyReach account with HubSpot, you'll need to provide your HubSpot private API key.

  3. In HubSpot, go to Profile & Preferences, then navigate to API Key under Private Apps.

  4. Create a new private app and give it a name.

    Make sure to select all the necessary scopes under each tab.

  5. Once you've configured the app, copy the API key.

  6. Navigate back to HeyReach, and paste the copied API key into the designated field for the HubSpot integration.

  7. Once you've entered the API key, a checkmark will appear, indicating that the integration is active and successfully connected.

From this point on, you can easily send prospects from your HeyReach inbox to your HubSpot CRM using the HubSpot integration:

  • To send prospects individually, select the desired prospect in your inbox, choose the HubSpot integration, and add the appropriate lifecycle stage.

  • For bulk actions, toggle the Inbox view, select the desired prospects, and choose the HubSpot integration to export them to your CRM.

  • You can also perform the same action within a specific list by selecting the list, exporting it to CRM, and selecting your HubSpot integration.

By following these steps, you'll be able to seamlessly transfer prospects from HeyReach to HubSpot, ensuring smooth data flow and streamlined lead management.
