When reaching out to new prospects using HeyReach, your purpose is to blend in with the LinkedIn ecosystem.

Connection request notes are a big deal when it comes to running LinkedIn outreach campaigns.

The goal of your connection request note should be focused on getting accepted rather than expecting a reply or selling a product or service. or pre-qualifying the prospect.

The goal of the follow-up message after being accepted should be to get a reply. Start by expressing gratitude for being accepted and include a question that will trigger a

response.

The purpose of the third message is to pre-qualify your prospect and to identify if the prospect could be a potential customer by including a qualifying question. It is recommended to send the third follow-up after a week after the second one.

You can send unlimited follow-ups in different time spans, but it's important to assign a specific goal to each message to avoid sounding salesy or spammy and to respect the LinkedIn networking environment.
