After you've invited an employee to activate their account on Hi5, you might want to add key information about them like what they do at the company, their start date, birthday, phone number and a profile picture so everyone can see who they are.
Note: Your employee can change all this information later in My Profile.


Step 1

Go to your Manage section, under My Company. Here you'll see all the employees that have been added.
Note: You can edit an employee whether they are active or inactive.

Step 2

Search for the employee whose profile you'd like to edit and click on their name. In this example, we're adding info about Drew Wilton.

Step 3: Edit info

Click on any field and type to edit it. When you're done, scroll down and click the Save all button at the bottom.

Step 4: Add profile pic

Hi5 adds an awesome placeholder profile pic to each user's account, but this won't necessarily help co-workers recognise each other on the platform!
Click on the profile pic to Update.

Now you can select a pic on your computer, crop it and click Upload & Save All.

You've updated their info & put a face to the name!
