Remind employees to rate themselves, each other and the company

We send out automatic reminders to all the co-workers who need to rate. In compliance with international laws surrounding automated emails, we allow all employees to unsubscribe from receiving our reminders by clicking the link at the bottom of the email. 

Our rating reminders are a great way to remind everyone who still need to complete their ratings, especially because it comes directly from you, the Admin. Here's how:

Option 1: Remind all pending raters.

Step 1

Go to Reports under My Company in your Hi5 Menu.

Step 2

Click on Company Status or simply click here

Here you will see all the ratings that have been done and when your next deadline is.


Step 3

Click on the Reminder button. A pop-up box with a template reminder message will pop up. 

Step 3

If you are satisfied with the pre-populated template message, click Send to send out the reminder. Otherwise, feel free to type in your own, personalised reminder message.

Option 2: Remind raters of a particular employee.

Step 1

Go to Reports under the My Company tab, then click on Company Status or simply click here

You will see the number of people who haven't rated a particular employee in the bottom left corner of that employee's ratings card. 

Step 2

On the bottom right of each employee's rating card, you will see a Remind button. You can click this to send an email to all the pending raters of that particular employee. To personalise the mail, simply click on the message field and start typing.


Step 3

Once you're satisfied with your reminder message, click Send.
