Option 1: Send to all inactive users
Go to the Manage section and click on the Resend Invites button.
You are given the option of typing your own personalised message to all the inactive users, or simply sending the generic one.
If users haven't activated their account, you can't Hi5 or rate them.
Option 2: Send to individual users
To resend an invite to one user only, follow these steps:
Go to the Manage section and scroll to the right to see the icons under More Options. Click on the envelope icon next to the name of the co-worker you want to resend an invite to.
Choose to Resend Invite and/or Copy link. Copying the link gives you the option to paste it directly into an email or message to the co-worker.
Note: If your co-workers are not receiving the invite emails, please ask them to check their spam/clutter folders for an email from email@example.com.
