Activating your account

First things first, open the invitation mail in your inbox from help@get5.io. It should look something like this:

Note: Make sure mails from help@get5.io are not blocked in your company's intranet! If you haven't received your invitation mail, please check with your IT manager, or pop us a mail at help@get5.io.


Step 1

Click on the Accept Invite button.

Note: If Internet Explorer (IE) is your default browser, rather copy and paste the activation link in the email into a newer browser like Chrome, Firefox, Edge or Safari


Step 2

After clicking the Activate Account button, a new browser tab will open asking you to Confirm your company email. Check the mail address (it should be the same as the one where you received the invitation link) and click the Next button.

Step 3

Check that your full name is correct, and create your password (don't worry, you can change it under My Profile once you're logged in). 


Step 4

Click Login, and voila!

You can now explore your company's Hi5 Wall of Fame, look through the Hi5 Menu, and most importantly - give some Hi5's!
