Q: How long will the information stay in the system?

A: Information loaded in Hi5 will remain securely in the system until a client would like to delete this information (according to our formalized procedure). The information that you delete, such as deleting a Hi5, is deleted for good. 

*Any record deletion will be done within the framework of applicable legal stipulations and general practice (all that fancy stuff). 

Q: Is there a limit to how many users I can load?

A: You can have up to 10 users on our free package forever. However, if you intend on adding more than 10 users to your account you will have to upgrade your subscription to Hi5 Awesome, or Hi5 Business. Please note the following:

  • Hi5 Awesome, which offers recognition reports, as well as Hi5 Crowning is charged at $3 per user per month.
  • Hi5 Business has all the features of Awesome, plus company and co-worker rating on Values & Goals, as well as access to detailed reports. Hi5's Business package  is billed at $7 per user per month.

Q: Can I customise goals for each individual role?

A: Yes, you can customise the goals of each individual role, but every role must have 5 goals associated with it. This is the same across all roles and cannot be changed.

Q: How many Admin Users are there / can there be?

A: You can have an unlimited amount of Admin users. However, we advise that only top HR management has Admin access. 

Q: How do I add users?

A: All you need at first is a name & surname, and an email address. If you'd like us to upload your users for you, you can provide us with their Office & Department and we can populate those for you, too. You can do all this yourself as an Admin (How to add Departments, How to add Offices, How to add Roles).

Q: What happens once my company's users are loaded?

A: Once users are loaded, they can be invited to activate their accounts. You have the option of loading users and sending the invitation emails immediately, or at a later stage.

Q: Can I invite a user with their phone number instead of their email address? 

A: Each user account must have a unique email address. Once an account is activated, a user can log onto Hi5's Android or iOS apps with their email address, or with their phone number (Note: the user's phone number has to be added to their Hi5 profile before they can do this).

Q: Can Hi5 load my users for me?
