Creating your own Role with 5 Goals

On Hi5, you can be assigned a Role (eg. Social Media Marketer). Each Role on Hi5 has 5 Goals attached to it - these need to be set up either by your Admin or yourself.

When your Admin has not assigned a Role to you yet, you are able to create your own Role with 5 measurable, attainable Goals to be rated by.

Your Admin will be notified once you submit your Role & Goals, then they can review it and assign the Role & Goals you created to you. Watch the video or follow the simple steps below:

Step 1

On your Dashboard, click on Create Your Goals under the Take Action section.

Step 2

You can choose from a list of existing Roles within your company to use as a template, or select Create custom role to make a new Role with your own Goals.

Step 3

Fill in your Role details - give your Role a title, description and 5 measurable Goals. You will be rated according to how well you're living up to your own expectations, so make it count!

Step 4

Once you're done, review your Role details and then click Save. Your Admin will be notified once you've created your Role. They will then be able to edit your Role and assign it to you and others.

Note: Once you've created your Role and Goals, the Create your Goals button on your Dashboard will say Your Goals and you will not be able to edit your Role anymore. If you think you need to make a change to your Role, please contact your Admin.

Important note: This feature is only available on Desktop.
