There are a few common steps that are always recommended to check before when having login issues. First and foremost, have you logged into your Hickory account before? If not, it is possible that your 90 day Hickory Invitation has expired, and you will need to request an invitation from an administrator again. Secondly, we recommend that you confirm with an administrator that your login email is correct and that it is the same email address that your account was created with. Finally, it is also possible that your inbox has flagged the password reset as spam for whatever reason, and in this case Hickory support should be able to assist you.
