Quick guide on how to update roles

To start us off, first find the learner in question in the learners tab.

Once you have found the learner in question, select the current role that they have under the "role" column.

Now select the role you would like the account to have.

If the role selected is a manager, an extra step will be included to choose which groups they will manage. On this screen, you will be able to filter the results by a search term to pick which group you want to give them permission to manage.
