To start us off, Tags can be added to an account from the "learners" tab. Once you are viewing the learners, use the check box on the left hand side to select the users you would like to add a tag on. You can select one at a time, or several depending on your needs.

Next, select the tag option on the upper right hand side, just under the search bar.

This will open the tag dialogue box, from here you will be able to select a tag that is already available, or create a new one if necessary.

Selecting an available tag, or be selecting the "Create Tag:" option and then clicking submit will add the tag to the selected users.
