To start us off, head over to the learner page.

Next, select the "Create New" drop down, then select the "Create Single User" option.

This will open the user creation page. From here, fill out the information for the user you would like to create.

Once the information has been entered, click save and the user will be created! You will need to send them an invite when ever they are ready to set their own password, which can be done by finding the user you have created, then clicking the "send invite" button.
