Disabling User accounts
To start us off, head over to the learner tab.
From here, search for the accounts you would like to deactivate. You can also sort by when someone last logged in, this can be useful if you have a set time where if there is no log in activity, you decide they can be deactivated. You can sort by any of the columns by clicking the column head.
Now select the user or users you would like to deactivate by clicking the checkbox on the left hand side.

Selecting a user will allow you to interact with the "More..." drop down, where you will find the "deactivate" option.

After this, you will see a confirmation screen that allows you to confirm the users that you are deactivating. Select confirm here, and you are good to go!
