I have cancelled my ticket or transferred it to a friend - how can I deactivate/transfer my fundraising profile?

Any updates that HYROX make to your ticket (e.g. name changes or cancellations) should flow through automatically to your Race for Impact profile. So if you change the name/email on your ticket, then those should also change on your Race for Impact profile. And if HYROX cancels your charity ticket, then your Race for Impact fundraising profile will be automatically archived, and you will stop receiving our communications about that fundraising profile.

If your ticket has already been cancelled or transferred by HYROX, and your Race for Impact profile hasn't been deactivated or transferred automatically, then please contact info@raceforimpact.com. Please describe your situation (including screenshots of your ticket or of HYROX confirmation, and new racer names and emails) and request a response from a member of our customer support team.

Additionally, you can facilitate the update process by forwarding HYROX's confirmation email regarding the ticket status change to Race for Impact. Ensure you highlight the specific details of the modification, such as sale, transfer, or confirmation. This helps our team address your request quickly.
