For Dekstop:

Step 1: Click on Live Calls Recordings (or equivalent channel with the red phone emoji)

Step 2: Click on Past

Step 3: Click on the call title

Step 4: Scroll down and you will see the video appear which is the recording

For Mobile:

Step 1: Click the channel Live Calls Recordings (or equivalent channel with the red phone emoji)

Step 2: Click "Past" and then click on the event.

Step 3: Click "Recording" or the link in the description of the call.

Step 4: Wait for the video to load on your phone.
