Why is my CSV file not uploading?

When I'm trying to create a manager, candidate or Hintro campaign I can't upload my CSV list

Things to try:

  • When uploading an email list to Hinterview you have to ensure that you include "name" and "email" columns for candidates and also the "company" column for managers:

  • Ensure that you have saved the file as a .CSV extension. From Excel just hit "Save As" and set the "Save as type:" to CSV:

  • Ensure there are no spaces after the column headings

  • Ensure the file has no errors e.g. incorrect or missing emails won't be accepted.

  • Ensure there are no duplicated fields in the email column.

  • If you're uploading a long CSV list then it may take a little while to process. Please refresh the page to update the list.
