Here is a short video from Josh, head of Customer Success, giving some insight on how to add value to your Hintro! 

A Hintro, often, is your first impression to a candidate or client. Therefore, you need to ensure your message is grabbing their attention. Research shows you have around 10 seconds to capture your audiences attention, so deliver your hook early and then the Hintro is the sell! 

Firstly, we must ensure the greatest chance of the audience watching our Hintro. By explaining what value the audience will get from the Hintro, you will instantly deliver a powerful and long lasting message. 

A couple of examples might be;

‘I am getting in touch about a great new project manager role I have taken on in central London. The client is a rapidly growing start up with a great product and strong market share. Please watch the short video below where I talk about the key aspects of this role from my discussion with the hiring manager – (insert Hintro)’

Or

‘I have seen you are recruiting for a PM role, interestingly I’ve just finished a similar project for another client. I have recorded a short video to introduce two fantastic PM candidates I am working with who just missed out on the other opportunity and I think would be a great fit for your role. The video highlights the key aspects of their experience and some insight into their potential fit. – (insert Hintro)’


Remember a Hintro is an opportunity to sell at the earliest possible stage so make sure you treat it as such!
