Multi-docs feature allows the user to upload a number of files to a candidate page. These documents can then be selected upon creating a candidate sharing profile, enabling a pdf to be chosen as the Showcase document.

1 - Multi-Docs can be accessed via the candidate's page, by clicking next to their name (2). Once the editing page shows, scrolling down will show the "Edit Documents" feature. To start uploading the candidate's documents click on "Browse Files" (4). To choose which document to use as showcase, click on "Select Showcase Document" (5). Once all documents have been uploaded, click on the Save button below. These documents will now be available when a Sharing Profile is created for this candidate.
Please note: a document must be in PDF to be seen on the showcase feature
2 - After Uploading the documents to the Candidate's Page, notice it will now be also visible whenever a Candidate Sharing Profile is created. To select the documents tick as necessary. Once done press Save and the profile will now be shared with the selected documents.
3 - The shared profile should be seen as below. The "Showcase" tab will show the pdf document whilst he "Documents" tab will show the documents which have been uploaded to the sharing profile earlier.β
