Follow these steps to open your bottle and get the most out of every spray:
How to Open the CRC Bottle:
Hold the bottle upright:
Place one hand firmly around the base of the bottle for stability.
Push down firmly on the cap:
Apply downward pressure with your other hand on the top of the cap. This is the safety lock mechanism.
While pressing down, twist counterclockwise:
Keep pushing down as you turn the cap to the left (counterclockwise).
This motion unlocks the bottle and removes the safety seal.
Lift off the cap:
Once it’s unscrewed, lift the cap straight up to access the spray nozzle.
How to Use the Spray:
Shake the bottle gently before each use.
This ensures even distribution of the active ingredient.
Prime the spray (first use only):
If it’s your first time using the bottle, press the pump 2–3 times until a full mist is released.
Aim the nozzle under your tongue:
This is the most effective area for absorption.
Press the spray once per 5mg dose.
Use the number of sprays that match your prescribed strength (e.g., 3 sprays = 15mg).
Hold the liquid under your tongue for 15-30 seconds before swallowing.
This improves absorption and faster onset.
Recap the bottle after use:
Twist the cap back on clockwise until secure to keep it safe and sealed.
