Start/Pause a reference check
You can pause a job once all references for your candidates are collected or you want to stop the process of reference collection for a moment. Paused jobs will not trigger any notifications/follow-up emails to candidates, references, recruiters. To pause a certain job:
Locate the job for which you'd like to invite a candidate from the Jobs button on the left navigation bar and use the Search box to quickly find the job and click on it:
2. Select the three little dots in the top-right corner of your HiPeople dashboard and select the Pause button:
3. A confirmation message will appear at the bottom of the screen:
4. To make a paused job live again, simply follow the same steps 1)-2) as described above but then hit "Start" as step 3):
