HiPeople's Talent Pool feature allows recruiting teams to build a list of future candidates from current reference givers.

At the end of the reference-giving process, each reference will be given an opportunity to join a talent pool for your organization! 👯‍♂️

If a reference has opted to be a part of the reference pool, their details will become available in the "Talent pool" section, available from your HiPeople main dashboard, as described in the picture below. 🏆

Turning on the Talent Pool feature

  1. Navigate to your Organisation Settings (top right corner of your HiPeople Screen):

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the settings page and toggle on the "Enable Talent Pool" setting:

  3. The Talent Pool question will appear on all new Jobs/ new Reference checks going forward as the final question of the Reference Check. If you have existing Jobs/Reference Checks, you'll need to edit the Reference Check template for the Talent Pool question to appear.
