1. Locate the job you'd like to change the required references for from the Jobs button on the left navigation bar and use the Search box to quickly find the job and click on it:
2. Click the 3-dot options button in the top right corner of your screen and select the Update job button:
3. On the first page, select the cog button under Reference Feedback
4. A pop up window appear where you can make changes to the job. You can edit:
Time for candidates to provide reference contact details
Time for references to submit feedback
Adding or editing the number and types of references required
Whether or not to required the candidate to complete a self reference
5. Once all changes are made, click the Confirm button and click through until the final page and click the Edit job button to save the changes.
