How will language preferences be set?
For HiPeople Assessments and Reference Checks, the user sets the language during the assessment creation.
For Reference Checks, candidates and references select their preferred language upon first entering HiPeopleโs platform.
What if my preferred language is not listed?
If your preferred language is not currently offered, we welcome your suggestions for additional languages. To request a new language, simply send an email to support@hipeople.io with your language request. We continuously evaluate client needs and strive to accommodate language preferences as part of our ongoing product development.
