Send Invite button not clickable
There are a few reasons why you might not be able to click the "Send Invite" button:
Not all required details have been entered. Please make sure all details with a required asterix (*) have been completed:
Some web browsers may prevent data from being accepted in the required fields if it is pasted into the field. Please try typing the data into the field rather than pasting it.
Invitation link no longer working
If some time has passed from when you were first invited to complete the reference check, the invitation link may have expired. You can reach out to the hiring team to request a new link (which they can generate on their end) or reach out to support@hipeople.io to request a new link.
