I've already completed the Assessment, why are you still sending me reminders?

We send out daily email reminders to complete the Assessment.

If you've already finished the Assessment and continue to receive reminder emails, this could be due to a few different reasons:

Multiple Assessments

It's possible that you've been invited to multiple Assessments by the company that you've applied for OR that you've applied to multiple jobs at the same company that have different Assessments per job. Please check the name of the Job in the invitation email as this will clarify which job the Assessment is for if multiple exist.

Assessment not fully submitted

It's possible that you've answered all of the questions in the Assessment, but haven't fully submitted the Assessment to HiPeople.

To check if this is the case, re-open the invitation link on the same browser & device and confirm that you have clicked the green "Submit" button in the bottom right corner of the screen:

If you've successfully submitted the Assessment, you would see a message saying "Thank you for completing the assessment!" as below:
