A stable internet connection is required to complete the Assessment, so please ensure you're on a stable and reliable internet connection before starting the test.
If a page freezes or loads slowly, please refresh the page and this will generally fix the issue.
If the Assessment continues to load slowly, this could be an issue with the speed/stability of your connection, so we'd recommend trying the Assessment when connected to an alternative internet connection.
If you continue to have issues, please submit a support ticket using the green support button in the bottom right corner of the screen and make sure to include a video recording/screenshot of the issue you're facing.
