How do I cancel my plan/subscription?

We offer both monthly and annual plans.

With our annual plans, you get 2 months free but payment is required upfront for the whole year. To cancel an annual plan, you need to let us know 30 days prior to the billing anniversary date.

As for our monthly plans, these are more expensive but you're able to cancel with 48 hours notice before the monthly billing date. You're able to cancel using the link in the original billing confirmation email or by contacting support@hipeople.io. We'd really appreciate if you are able to provide us with some feedback/ a reason when submitting a cancellation request as it helps us to make sure our platform is providing the products and services you need.
